Refund Policy

Due to the nature custom products (such as special orders or personalized items),we have a NO return policy, which means once your order is processed and/or paid in full, shipped and/or received there will be absolutely no returns, refunds and/or exchanges. 

Orders placed within 48hours that isn't considered a rush order may be canceled if balance was paid in full. No deposits will we returned due to customer canceling an order. 

No deposits will be returned. If remaining balance is not paid in full before deadline the order will be canceled and deposits will not be returned. 

To cancel an order, or for any issues with your order you can contact us at support@zolacreationz.comIf approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

A Mock up will be sent out via email for all orders which is a preview of what you will receive. This is where you will proof and check for any corrections, changes and/or errors. Orders will have a limit of 2-3 revisions. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
